To deal with your feelings while on this journey, you may want to keep a journal to write about what you are experiencing. You may find it helpful to have a personal way of expressing yourself. You may also find it useful to share your thoughts about your treatment with your doctor and/or nurse. Of course, you may just want to keep them to yourself as your own personal and private way of coping.
